Bone service !
CATASTROPHIC! High season and yet very empty ski department. Impossible to find what you need to leave. Website that works poorly (we won't talk about the app which is absolutely not up to par) and the time it takes to receive orders is too long (1 week). It is unacceptable not to be able to manage stocks to be able to properly supply customers in the middle of winter and on the eve of the holidays. I heard that it was the same every year but nothing is done to improve... Anticipating purchases is not always feasible (waiting for a salary, guarantee of being able to physically go skiing, distrust of the health protocol who can ruin everything, rental found at the last moment,...). In addition, it is very complicated to know which size to order online because Decathlon is very small and you cannot try it on in store beforehand because there is no stock. In short, avoid if you don't want to find yourself in maximum stress for fear of not finding anything while you're in peak season.
I would nevertheless like to point out that the staff is attentive and available for any concerns or questions.

Catastrophic reception
I came to pick up an order and the order preparation manager was very disrespectful
And bad advice by showing me that a product was unavailable although present online
And also on the shelf right next door that I picked up myself after canceling my order
If it's for this kind of experience, you might as well keep only one website
Store to flee and reading the reviews I realize that I am not the only one to be unwelcome
This Tuesday, I order a seatpost, at 2 p.m., set back 1 hour. 3:30 p.m., I am at the store and having no information, I inquire at the reception. All this to tell me that my order cannot be found. Yet available and in stock at the time of the order. Not only is the item supposedly in stock, you don't have it, you didn't have anything for me and in the end I'm leaving with nothing. Congratulations on Decathlon communication, and congratulations on your professionalism.
Delighted with my visit to this shop, and especially by the significant support of the employee (unfortunately I do not remember the first name and which does not appear on the receipt). Coming following a quality problem on an Adidas bought in June in another store => exchange made without discussion, without suspicious questions...BRAVO for this after-sales service; Promos galore, vendors available.
